Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent and communicative Customer Support Associate to join its fully remote team, supporting customers from the Sandton area. The role focuses on resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with a virtual team to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or support is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.
