WhatJobs Direct is launching a fully remote Customer Service Representative Apprenticeship based in East London, Eastern Cape, but performed remotely. Apprentices will learn to handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues while gaining valuable industry experience from home.

Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities for full-time employment based on performance and company needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and ability to learn new software.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be legally eligible to work in East London, Eastern Cape, ZA.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through product usage or service issues.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a virtual environment.
