Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager for the South Africa team to nurture a portfolio of clients, drive adoption of our cloud-based platform, and ensure continued value.

You will monitor health metrics, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to deliver a seamless customer experience from anywhere in South Africa, with a focus on retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact.


• Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and how our client's solutions can best support them.


• Drive product adoption and ensure customers are leveraging the full capabilities of the platform to achieve desired outcomes.


• Monitor customer health metrics and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing proactive engagement strategies to mitigate churn.


• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients to demonstrate value, share insights, and align on future strategies.


• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any client needs.


• Educate customers on new features, best practices, and relevant industry trends.


• Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally to drive product improvements and service enhancements.


• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators related to customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
