Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team, operating remotely from Klerksdorp. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met proactively, while gathering feedback to drive improvements in the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, experience in customer engagement or account management, and thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer engagement, account management, or client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and other customer management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades
