Qualifications

Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Analytical skills to track client health and identify trends.

Familiarity with the Bloemfontein, Free State business landscape is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.

Monitor client health metrics and take appropriate action.
Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and resources.
