Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 2+ years in customer service, and 1+ year in AI training or related AI work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience.
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or related AI work.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows.
• Excellent English communication (C1+).
