Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service SME to support the creation of an AI training dataset of realistic, human-enacted conversations. This fully remote, hourly contractor role focuses on high-quality client communication and issue resolution to improve speech-to-speech AI agents.

You will have 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in AI training, and strong English proficiency. The schedule is flexible, approximately 15 hours per week, and you will work remotely as part of our expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication and issue resolution.
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or related AI work.
• Strong English communication, especially spoken English.
• Ability to work as a remote, hourly contractor with reliable self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create natural, human-enacted conversations for training data.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: test for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
