Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service SME to support the creation of a custom dataset of natural, human-enacted conversations for training speech-to-speech AI agents. This is a remote hourly contractor role with flexible hours and global reach.

You will apply expert client communication, issue resolution, and CRM skills to ensure conversations reflect real-world interactions. Proficiency in English and experience in AI training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with CRM and issue resolution.
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or related AI work.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows.
• Excellent spoken English C1+.
• Experience handling inquiries across diverse scenarios.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver in hourly remote role.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create natural, human-enacted conversations across realistic support scenarios.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and fluency.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases, validating reliability.
