Sigma Connected Group is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Cape Town, focusing on inbound and outbound collections, customer service, and related back-office tasks.

You will respond to inquiries professionally, work towards team KPIs, and participate in ongoing training. The role offers an office-based setup in the Southern Suburbs with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a UK-based BPO environment
• Experience in an insurance-related customer service role would be advantageous
• Excellent command of the English language with clear and articulate communication skills
• Matric certificate required (proof must be provided)
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively
• Computer literate with proficiency in basic digital tools and systems
• Must reside within a 30km radius of the Southern Suburbs

• Handle inbound and outbound calls following campaign guidelines
• Assist with general enquiries and back-office tasks
