Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist to keep UK customers happy, renewals, and onboarding, all from a fully remote setup in South Africa. You’ll work UK hours (09:00–17:00) and collaborate with a UK-based manager to reduce churn and improve customer success.

You’ll contact at-risk customers, run win-back and renewal campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM notes. Requirements include 1–2 years in retention or account management and experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk,

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in customer retention, customer success or account management.
• Track record against retention or save-rate targets.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Confident phone manner and clear written English.
• Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who are at risk of leaving or have cancelled.
• Understand their reasons and offer the right solution.
• Run win-back and renewal campaigns.
• Track churn reasons and share insights with the team.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM.
