Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Design or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years in CX strategy, marketing, service design or consulting.
• Strong ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze customer journeys across touchpoints.
• Identify drivers of satisfaction, dissatisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop CX strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Recommend improvements to customer service and digital interactions.
• Advise on CX technologies such as CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless experiences.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track CX performance.
• Present CX strategies to senior client stakeholders.
