Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Curriculum Developer specializing in Digital Learning to join its fully remote team. You will transform educational objectives into engaging online courses, ensuring pedagogical soundness and technical feasibility.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to shape the future of online education and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences for a global audience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education technology, curriculum development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Proven experience designing and developing digital learning curricula and online courses
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS
Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working in a remote team environment

Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks and instructional materials for online courses.
Create engaging learning experiences using a variety of digital tools and technologies, including interactive modules, videos, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Write clear, concise, and instructionally sound content for online modules, scripts for video production, and assessment items.
Implement instructional design principles and adult learning theories into all curriculum development projects.
Evaluate and test digital learning materials for usability, accessibility, and effectiveness, making necessary revisions.
