Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Curriculum Developer to lead design and development of online learning programs. This fully remote role focuses on creating accessible, engaging content for a global audience, applying adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices.

You will collaborate with SMEs and multimedia developers to deliver high-quality courses, manage multiple projects, and ensure delivery on time while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of curriculum development experience with online learning focus.
• Proven LMS and authoring tool expertise (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and ADDIE/Gagne.
• Excellent remote communication and project management skills.
• Portfolio of online curriculum projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional design process for new online courses from needs analysis to delivery.
• Develop learning objectives, course materials, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to create digital content.
• Incorporate innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies to enhance learner engagement.
• Review and revise curriculum to align with best practices and industry standards.
• Manage multiple development projects with timely delivery and quality.
