Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing digital learning curricula and online courses
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working in a remote team environment
