You will develop procedures, monitor KPIs, support partners on food safety and menu execution, and troubleshoot challenges remotely with cross-functional teams. A culinary background and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in culinary arts or food service operations management.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with distributed teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine operational procedures for virtual kitchens and partner caterers.
• Conduct remote assessments and quality checks of partner kitchens.
• Provide guidance on operational efficiency, food safety, and menu execution.
• Monitor KPIs related to food quality, order accuracy, and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
