Placements24 is seeking an innovative Culinary Events Planner to design and execute memorable culinary experiences from a remote setting. You will conceptualize unique menus, coordinate with chefs and event teams, and ensure gastronomic details align with client expectations.

The role blends creativity, logistics, and exceptional client management for seamless remote collaboration with stakeholders across events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in culinary or high-end catering event planning.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative menu development and event execution.
Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Design bespoke menus tailored to client needs, themes, and dietary requirements.
Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative dishes and presentation concepts.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for culinary aspects.
Liaise with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout planning.
