You will translate culinary visions into practical, cost-effective catering solutions, advise on food safety, and stay current with global trends, all while working remotely with clients across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Head/Senior Chef focusing on catering or banqueting.
• Proven ability to create menus and develop recipes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
• Excellent virtual communication and independent advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, appealing, and cost-effective menus for events.
• Provide culinary guidance remotely to the catering kitchen team.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Advise on food safety, kitchen efficiency, and ingredient sourcing.
