Placements24 is seeking a visionary remote Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy for a venture-backed FinTech startup. You will define the tech vision, oversee architecture, security, and R&D, and guide rapid expansion with a world-class engineering team.

Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years in technology leadership roles at CTO/VP level.
Proven track record building and scaling startups.
Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Experience with agile and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Define and execute technology strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and scale engineering, product development, and IT operations teams.
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of platforms and infrastructure.
Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance of the tech stack.
Drive innovation by adopting emerging FinTech technologies.
Manage technology budget and resource allocation.
