Formación

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of software leadership, with 5+ years as CTO/VP Eng.
• Proven ability to scale engineering in a remote-first setup.
• Strong cloud, microservices, DevOps, and security expertise.
• Experience in FinTech and data management is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication.

Responsabilidades
