Placements24 is seeking an visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy, software development, infrastructure, and R&D in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role requires building high-performing tech teams and delivering secure, scalable financial products.

The CTO will guide cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management, collaborating with executives to align tech with business goals and drive innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years as CTO or senior exec.
• Extensive fintech experience preferred.
• Proven track record in scaling complex technology platforms.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee software development, design, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure secure, scalable, reliable technology infrastructure and platforms.
• Lead R&D to explore and implement new technologies for products.
