The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, strong Excel proficiency, and excellent communication skills. This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $1,500-$2,200/month USD, and requires working during U.S. business hours. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (acquisitions, underwriting, or asset management support).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review offering memorandums and marketing packages.
• Underwrite value-add opportunities in Excel.
• Manage deal progress from LOI to closing.
• Communicate with property managers to ensure tasks are completed.
