The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and recommending real estate opportunities across markets, using data analytics, market research, and financial modeling to guide decisions.

You will analyze various assets, prepare memos for the investment committee, and monitor portfolio performance, all while collaborating with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in real estate finance, investment analysis, or asset management.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and investment software.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with REITs, private equity, or debt structuring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investments, including multi-family, commercial, and land acquisitions.
