Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or Advocate with a minimum of 6 years of corporate law experience.
• Extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
• Ability to manage complex legal projects autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on digital channels.
• Proficiency with cloud-based platforms and legal tech software.
• Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance for international/local clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements including M&A docs.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for transactions and regulatory filings.
