Qualifikationen

• Admitted Attorney with 10+ years in M&A and corporate law.
• Proven track record in leading cross-border deals.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead all legal aspects of M&A including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and drafting agreements.
• Advise on corporate law, securities, governance best practices to board and execs.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee corporate secretarial duties across subsidiaries and cross-border entities.
• Manage external counsel and advisory relationships; assess legal risk.
• Support post-closing integration and corporate restructuring efforts.
