Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Contract Specialist to manage a range of contracts from a remote location. You will draft, review, negotiate, and oversee contract lifecycles, ensuring legal compliance and favorable terms for the business.

The role requires a law degree or equivalent, at least four years in contract law, and the ability to work independently with strong communication. You will collaborate with internal teams and maintain a centralized contract management system,

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 4 years of experience in contract law.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs, and SLAs.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain a centralized contract management system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and risks.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and best practices.
