Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiating of complex legal agreements.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor and service contracts.
• Advise business teams on contractual terms, obligations, and risks.
• Develop, implement, and manage corporate compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements and advise on changes.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on a broad range of issues.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, liaising with external counsel when required.
