Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in South Africa. This remote, independent-contractor role requires end-to-end recruitment across multiple specialties and seniority levels.

You will lead searches from intake to placement, build pipelines, and provide high-touch candidate experience while coordinating with clients and candidates in a flexible 10–30 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties or seniority levels.
• Hands-on ATS experience with Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, and Workday Recruiting.
• Ability to manage requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes, dispositions, and reporting in ATS.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sourcing.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned searches from intake through placement.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage engagements from intake to placement.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries.
• Coordinate client feedback and offer communications.
