Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Scheduler to support projects with operations in the Upington area. In this fully remote role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinating with project teams from a distance.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, prepare look-ahead schedules, and adjust timelines as needed while communicating effectively with stakeholders across locations within South

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in a remote environment across locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors for updates.
• Monitor progress against the baseline, identify variances and risks.
• Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules for stakeholders.
• Analyze changes and adjust timelines as needed.
• Lead remote scheduling meetings and discuss progress and conflicts.
