Job summary

Placements24 seeks a detail-oriented Remote Construction Planner to support project coordination across multiple sites. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders from a remote setting.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage Primavera P6 or MS Project to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction planning or project coordination.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong analytical and ability to interpret construction project plans.
• Excellent virtual communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to gather progress updates.
• Identify potential project risks and delays, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Facilitate remote communication and information flow among project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance analysis for management.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling for materials and equipment across various projects.
