You will develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols remotely, conducting risk assessments and providing training while operating from a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes investigating incidents, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to national and international standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS).
• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Officer in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures for construction sites.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections (virtually where possible) to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international safety legislation and standards.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety records and reports for management review.
