You will develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, ensuring sites meet regulatory requirements and best practices, while coordinating remotely with site teams.

Qualifications

• Certified Safety Practitioner (CSP) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in construction health and safety management.
• Strong understanding of South African OHS Act and regulations.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement remote health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct virtual risk assessments and identify hazards on construction sites.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies via remote reporting and data analysis.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver remote safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare regular compliance reports.
