180 Recruitment is seeking a proactive Construction Resourcer to support live vacancies and client accounts within a specialist built-environment practice. You will focus on identifying, engaging and qualifying candidates, and help deliver successful placements.

This remote role offers exposure to UK and international assignments, with opportunities to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role as the business grows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment resourcing or related role.
• Interest in construction, property or related markets.
• Confidence in sourcing candidates and outreach calls.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ownership of candidate pipeline.
• Ambition to develop specialist market knowledge in recruitment.

Aufgaben

• Source and engage construction and built-environment candidates through headhunting, referrals, market mapping and recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current vacancies and future hiring needs.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience, motivations, availability and suitability.
• Work closely with consultants to understand role requirements and processes.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and profiles for consultant review.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in the system.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates to meet delivery targets.
