Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse projects across South Africa. You will manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, and schedules from a home office, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Zoom, MS Teams, and Asana. Remote-first role with national travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and risk management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to undertake occasional site visits as project demands dictate.
