The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with 10+ years in construction management and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality and sustainability standards. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, all managed through advanced digital collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of contract administration and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in construction.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SACPCMP) are highly desirable.
• Must have reliable internet connectivity and a suitable home office setup.
