Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a remote-first team. You will lead projects located in and around Centurion, handling planning, coordination, and financial control from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include creating comprehensive plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders via digital platforms while ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, management, and financial control of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing all stakeholders remotely. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely using digital collaboration tools and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
