Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Construction Estimator to join our national team. In this fully remote role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects by analyzing tender documents, blueprints, and specifications from your home office.

You will collaborate digitally with project managers, architects, and clients, develop bid proposals, and stay updated on market costs and estimating techniques to help secure competitive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities; remote work capability.
