Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Conference & Banqueting Coordinator or Event Planner.
• Strong understanding of event planning principles, including budgeting, logistics, and client management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for remote client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients organizing conferences and banquets.
• Develop event proposals, menus, and timelines in collaboration with clients and the culinary team.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, AV equipment, and staffing.
• Liaise with external vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and entertainers, to ensure service delivery.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all financial targets are met.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
