This fully remote position requires individuals with an exceptional talent for anticipating client needs and delivering bespoke services, ranging from booking exclusive travel arrangements and dining reservations to securing tickets for sought-after events and sourcing unique gifts. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill a diverse range of client requests via phone, email, and chat platforms.


• Arrange and book complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and bespoke tours.


• Secure reservations at exclusive restaurants and source hard-to-get event tickets.


• Source and procure unique gifts and luxury items for clients.


• Provide personalized recommendations and information on destinations, events, and lifestyle services.


• Proactively anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions.


• Maintain detailed client profiles and interaction records in the CRM system.


• Collaborate effectively with global concierge teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-end concierge, luxury travel, personal assistance, or customer service role is essential.

• Proficiency in using various booking platforms, online research tools, and CRM software.
