Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Community Outreach Specialist to join its Community & Social Care division. In this fully remote role, you will build connections with communities, identify needs, and promote social support services through digital channels.

You will engage diverse audiences, organize virtual information sessions, and report on outreach impact. A Bachelor's degree and remote-work experience are preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or marketing, preferably with remote responsibilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and virtual conferencing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute remote outreach strategies to engage diverse community segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, non-profit organizations, and local government agencies.
• Utilize digital platforms (social media, email, webinars) to promote services and disseminate information.
• Identify community needs and relay insights to inform program development.
• Organize and facilitate virtual information sessions and Q&A forums for potential clients and partners.
• Track outreach activities and report on engagement metrics and outcomes.
