This role is vital for ensuring that mining activities are conducted responsibly and sustainably, addressing community needs and mitigating potential negative impacts. You will develop and implement engagement strategies, facilitate dialogue, and oversee community development initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of social impact in the mining sector, and the ability to manage these crucial relationships effectively from a remote setting .
