About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing community development programs, addressing grievances, and ensuring the social license to operate. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of community development principles, and a commitment to fostering sustainable relationships within the mining sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies and social development plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local communities, traditional authorities, and government officials.

• Oversee the implementation of socio-economic development projects, including local procurement and job creation initiatives.

Requirements
