Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in community liaison, stakeholder engagement, or social development, preferably within the mining sector or large infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse community groups and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of social impact assessment and community development principles.
  • Proficiency in local languages spoken in the Gauteng region is a significant advantage.
