Placements24 is recruiting an experienced In-House Counsel focused on Commercial Contracts. This fully remote role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements including supplier and customer contracts, SLAs, and partnerships.

You will provide pragmatic legal guidance to multiple business units, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate contractual risks. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial law expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and

Qualifikationen

• Qualified attorney with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (NDAs, service, licensing, sales).
• Experience in-house or in a law firm on commercial contracts.
• Solid knowledge of contract law principles and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts (NDAs, service, licensing, sales).
• Advise stakeholders on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal.
• Develop and implement contract templates and playbooks.
