Placements24 seeks a highly strategic Solutions Architect to design end-to-end telecommunications solutions for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, SDN/NFV, and secure, scalable delivery from a remote South Africa base.

You will translate business needs into robust technical designs, create architectures and roadmaps, and lead pre- and post-sales efforts with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of cutting-edge solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years in telecommunications with architecture or pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, SDN/NFV, and security concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end telecom solutions for enterprise clients across network, cloud, and security.
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements and designs.
• Create high-level and detailed architectures, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence direction.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess applicability.
• Provide technical leadership during pre- and post-sales phases.
• Develop POCs and validate proposed solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Advise clients on digital transformation journeys.
