Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Telecom Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of telecom solutions. This fully remote role involves engaging with clients and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, reliable blueprints from your home office.

You will shape our service offerings with expertise in 4G/5G, IP networking, SDN/NFV, and cloud-native architectures, while driving architectural best practices and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years designing telecom solutions.
• 4G/5G, IP networking, SDN/NFV, cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with vendor solution evaluation in telecoms.
• Experience in a fully remote distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end telecom solutions (IP networking, mobile tech, cloud).
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and designs.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and product management for feasibility.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and advise on tech choices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architectures and solutions.
• Lead PoCs and pilots to validate new technologies.
