- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP platforms.
- Proven success sourcing niche cloud talent.
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD understanding and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and recruit Cloud Solutions Architect and related roles.
- Screen candidates via technical interviews and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records with accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality candidates and positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on cloud tech trends and market movements.
