This role is critical for identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the highly competitive cloud computing space for clients across South Africa. Operating entirely remotely, you will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies and recruitment to build robust pipelines and secure essential talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and related technologies, coupled with exceptional sourcing and engagement skills. As a remote-first position, this role offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa, with Mossel Bay, Western Cape, ZA, serving as a reference point for operational context. Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and recruit specialized talent for Cloud Solutions Architect roles and related positions (e.g., Cloud Engineers, DevOps Specialists, Solutions Engineers).
• Develop a deep understanding of various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities, to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team needs, and strategic objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and the talent market.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for recruiting specialized technical roles within the remote team.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in the ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in technical recruitment, with a specific focus on cloud technologies and Solutions Architect roles.
• In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging highly specialized technical talent.
• Excellent understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical aptitude.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
