Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a health-related field or nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating clinical research, preferably in pharma or CRO.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory submissions and trial phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all clinical trial operations from screening to follow-up per protocol.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage study docs, CRFs, and investigational product accountability.
• Communicate with investigators, site staff, ethics committees, and regulators.
• Support data quality, data entry, queries, and database lock procedures.
• Facilitate remote site monitoring visits and timely submission of docs.
