Placements24 seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager specializing in clinical trials for a remote-first role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management with a focus on clinical trials.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex trials across phases.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submissions.
• Experience with CRO and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company focused on developing breakthrough therapies, is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Project Manager specializing in clinical trials to join their esteemed team. This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving critical clinical trial projects forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external vendors, and serve as a key liaison between R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of multiple clinical trials from Phase I through IV.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a strong focus on clinical trial management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex clinical trials through all phases.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory submission processes.
• Experience with CRO and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Ability to manage projects effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
