Placements24 currently seeks a seasoned Data Manager to lead clinical trial data operations remotely across South Africa. You will design databases, CRFs, and data validation specs, ensuring data integrity for regulatory submissions.

The role partners with biostatistics, programming and clinical operations to support drug development, enforce GCP, and maintain data security. A 4+ year background in clinical data management and proficiency with EDC systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 4 years in clinical data management.
• Proficiency with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave or Oracle Clinical.
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Design study databases, including CRFs and data validation specs.
• Oversee collection, cleaning, validation, and reconciliation of trial data.
• Develop and implement data management plans for clinical studies.
• Manage user access and maintain security of databases.
• Collaborate with biostatistics and programming teams for analysis and reporting.
